Eastern Region Senior Citizens’ Home divided to 3 houses : Placement Section, Care Section and Taitung Placement and Care Section.

The Home Base (Placement Section) and the Care Section are situated in Mai-Luan, Hualien, opposite to , set well back from the main road with convenient public transportation and close to Riverview Park, Cultural Center and library.

Care Section is located in Shinchen Township, close to the Martyrs' Shrine and Mailuan Mountain Park. Two buildings are particularly designed for the dysfunctional and disable elderly.

Taitung Placement and Care Section situated in Lyudao Township , Taitung Country borders on the Pacific Ocean, with state-of-the-art design and multi-functional facilities.
